I believe only good things will come from this however; there are so many different facets that need to come together to ensure students are learning. Teacher effectiveness has a BIG impact but so does the environment inwhich that child is raised. Poverty – lack of parenting – lack of structure and support – etc. Education is a partnership between schools and parents. Teachers can be more effective if children come to school ready to learn.
